Business Development Executive – Construction & Signage Industry

- 3 years of B2B sales experience with proven new business development success
- Experience in the building, construction, or real estate development industry preferred
- Organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- Identify, pursue, and acquire new customers across target industries (builders, developers, architects, designers, general contractors, and commercial partners)
- Create and execute a strategic territory plan with measurable growth goals
- Actively prospect via networking, cold outreach, events, and industry associations
- Conduct in-person client meetings, presentations, and project walk-throughs
- Maintain a robust and active sales pipeline with accurate CRM reporting
- Build compelling proposals, bids, and client presentations aligned with project needs
- Negotiate pricing, scope, and contract terms collaboratively with internal teams and leadership
