Configuration Management Change Specialist - Semiconductor Industry

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION YOU WILL NEED
- Bachelor's degree with relevant experience or Master’s degree with strong background in systems engineering or process improvement
- Experience with PLM and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, myChange)
- Knowledge of configuration management, change management, or systems engineering and experience with a minimum of one CM domain
- Familiarity with security, safety, and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support process compliance, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Execute and support configuration management (CM) processes while identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and user experience
- Contribute to process design, validation, and implementation of new processes, tools, and system improvements
- Gather business requirements, support solution testing, and partner with end users to ensure successful adoption of process and tool enhancements
- Develop and maintain training, documentation, and knowledge transfer materials to support organizational learning and best practices
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze trends, and contribute to projects that improve metrics, reporting, and dashboards
