The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring all on-site activities comply with federal, state, and company safety standards. Experience working on pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated construction projects is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:Implement and enforce site-specific safety policies and proceduresConduct daily safety audits, inspections, and risk assessmentsLead site safety meetings and toolbox talksInvestigate incidents and ensure proper reporting and corrective actionsEnsure compliance with OSHA standards and local safety regulationsProvide training and guidance to personnel on best safety practicesCoordinate with project management and subcontractors to maintain a safe work environment
Qualifications:5 years of experience in construction safety managementOSHA 30 certification (required)Experience with pharmaceutical, biotech, or cleanroom construction (preferred)Excellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
