POSITION OVERVIEW
The Manager, Safety and Security is charged with developing and implementing effective strategies to mitigate workplace safety concerns and security risks. This position will also ensure compliance with related policies and practices across Sundance Institute
.
Working closely under the Director, Production and Operations, the Manager develops the Institute’s formal safety program and emergency operations plan, including a written plan that is routinely updated to meet evolving Institutional, safety, and security need
s.
This full-time position is based within a commutable distance to Boulder, CO in order to work onsite in a hybrid capacity as needed throughout the year. Extended hours, including evenings and weekends and holidays will be required at key points. Travel to Institute offices and events may also be required on occasi
