We are seeking experienced construction professionals to support an active project within a fully operational GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) facility in Modesto, CA. This fixed-duration assignment runs from December 1, 2025 through January 10, 2026 and requires strong safety awareness, attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, highly controlled environment.
Project Overview
This project involves work in a tight construction zone inside an active GMP facility. Candidates must be comfortable working around ongoing client operations and adhering to strict procedural, safety, and cleanliness requirements.
Key Project Requirements:
- Work inside an operating GMP facility with significant compliance expectations
- Hot work operations, including tasks requiring dedicated spotters
- Elevated work at approximately 12’ throughout most areas
- Case Conveyor Steel Scope adjacent to the main work zone, including:
- Working over client equipment that may remain in operation
- Working above active client maintenance activities
- Steel erection and welding tabs to existing structural members at 10’–25’ elevations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in industrial or GMP-regulated construction environments
- Ability to follow GMP procedures, elevated work protocols, and hot work requirements
- Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
- Ability to work extended hours in a fast-paced environment
