Pay: $18.00–$24.00 per hour (based on experience)

Quality Welding & Fabrication is seeking two Machine Operators for our First Shift fabrication team.
What You'll Do
- Operate fabrication equipment including:
- Press Brakes
- Band Saws
- Shears
- Read blueprints and work instructions
- Accurately measure materials using tape measures and precision measuring tools
- Produce quality parts that meet customer specifications
- Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work closely with welders and other fabrication team members
What We're Looking For
- Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
- Experience operating saws, press brakes, shears, or similar equipment is a plus
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Blueprint reading experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Dependable attendance
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
