Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association (within 30 days)
• Knowledge of patient care, clinical procedures, and patient education
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel to assigned patient care locations

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as a Registered Nurse (RN) following treatment plans
• Conduct patient assessments and monitor clinical conditions
• Communicate patient status with physicians and the healthcare team
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment and recovery plans
• Assist in surgical procedures as needed
• Perform circulating and scrub duties in clinical settings
• Maintain sterile techniques and ensure a safe patient environment
• Support overall nursing care coordination and clinical outcomes
