This is a full-time, on-site Registered Nurse role based in Bethlehem, PA. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for delivering comprehensive behavioral health care to clients, including conducting patient assessments, implementing individualized care plans, and administering prescribed medications. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, monitoring patient progress, documenting care, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards to maintain a high standard of care.
- Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, care planning, and medication administration
- Knowledge of behavioral health care practices, including experience with evidence-based treatment methodologies
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration and patient interaction
- Ability to manage documentation, adhere to safety protocols, and ensure regulatory compliance
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management capabilities in a healthcare setting
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
- Prior experience in behavioral or mental health care is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred but not required
