Your Role and Responsibilities:
As a Private Duty LPN, you will:
- Implement physicians’ care plans and administer treatments.
- Perform patient assessments and coordinate care.
- Educate and train family members on care techniques.
- Maintain compliant and timely documentation.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, case managers, and team members.
Qualifications:
To join the team, you’ll need:
- An active and unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (hands-on required; employer can assist)
- TB skin test within the last 12 months
- Reliable transportation
- 6 months of hands-on nursing experience, preferred but not required
