Job Description
LPN / RN Home Health Nurse – Private Duty Nursing (Days, Nights & Weekends Available)
$28.00 – $34.00 per hour | Weekly Pay | Flexible Scheduling
Summary
BrightStar Care is hiring LPNs and RNs for Private Duty Nursing (PDN) in the home setting. Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for patients, including those with G-tube, trach, ventilator, and oxygen needs.
Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities are available across day, night, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one nursing care in the home
- Perform skilled nursing tasks (G-tube, trach care, oxygen therapy, suctioning)
- Monitor patient condition and report changes
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
- Assist with ADLs and daily routines (including school prep when needed)
- Follow care plans and ensure patient safety
Skills & Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications
- Active Florida LPN or RN license
- Home health, PDN, or pediatric experience preferred
- Experience with G-tube, trach, ventilator, or oxygen therapy preferred
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Current CPR certification
- Reliable transportation
