What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Care Coordinator position at BrightStar Care?
BrightStar Care is looking for (2) experienced, mature individuals who are self-motivated & able to work with a team and independently.
Position: Able to work as a Home Health Aide & office work as a Customer Service Representative
Position Description: Personal Care & Support work in the field and Staffing & Recruiting work in the office
Note: Primary role will be in the office duties with the ability to be in the field if needed.
Hours: Weekly daytime hours (9am-5pm) will be split between (2) persons
This position will require the individual to learn and understand our company's digital software and other aspects of the daily operations. This position will have the ability for growth within the company and for the individuals to build the programs into a vital part of BrightStar Care.
Key Roles for position: Computer efficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word. Able to learn & master BrightStar's software system. Excellent Communication skills. Able to problem solve. Able to recruit, interview and hire for programs. Able to schedule medical staff for Home Care visits. Ability to complete general clerical duties timely.

- Valid Driver's license
- Current Auto Insurance
- Having a 15-20 minute commute to business address is preferred
- Must have High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Must have at least 6 months in-home care experience
- Must be able to work in a team setting and/or independently
- Must have good organizational skills
- Must have good speaking skills
- Must be good with computers and smart-phone skills
- Basic Medical terminology helpful, but not required
