BrightStar Care of Leesburg has expanded into West Virginia and we are currently seeking reliable and passionate Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our growing team of Healthcare professionals.

We are looking for skilled and caring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one pediatric home care in Kearneysville and Charles Town, WV.

Current Openings:

Kearneysville, WV

• 6-month-old pediatric patient
• Trach, ventilator, and G-tube care
• Flexible day and night schedule
• Additional hours may become available

Charles Town, WV

• 4-year-old pediatric patient
• G-tube care
• Tuesdays & Thursdays
• 1:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, compassionate one-on-one nursing care in the patient's home.
• Monitor and assess patient condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Manage tracheostomy, ventilator, and/or G-tube care as applicable.
• Educate and support family members while maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license in West Virginia.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Pediatric home health experience preferred but not required.
• Trach/vent experience preferred for the Kearneysville case (training will be available)
