Your Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance with personal hygiene (e.g., bathing, grooming).
- Support clients with mobility exercises as directed by the care plan.
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and transportation to appointments.
- Offer companionship and emotional support.
- Report any changes in client condition to the nurse case manager.
What We’re Looking For:
- Current Indiana HHA License
- High School Diploma or GED
- Current CPR Certification
- Negative TB Test (within the last 12 months)
- Valid Driver’s License, Auto Insurance, and Reliable Vehicle
- Ability to comply with HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality
- Negative Drug Test and Clear Background Check
- Strong communication skills in English
- Physical ability to perform job duties and lift up to 50 lbs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience as a CNA, Home Health Aide (HHA), caregiver, Personal Care Aide/Assistant, or similar role.
