Healthcare Sourcing Recruiter (2 Openings) – Contract-to-Hire
Location: Midtown Raleigh, NC
Duration: 6 Month Contract with Potential for Permanent Hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Position Overview
We are seeking two experienced Healthcare Sourcing Recruiters to join a fast-paced team supporting hospital and clinical hiring needs. This role is ideal for a professional, relationship-driven recruiter who enjoys working with a wide range of healthcare positions and thrives in a high-volume environment.
Work Environment
- Fully onsite for the first 30 days (Monday–Friday)
- Potential to transition to a hybrid schedule (1–2 days remote per week) based on performance and learning curve
Key Responsibilities
Professional "people person" to source candidates for a diverse group of roles from nursing, behavioral health, imaging, respiratory, nurse aides, med assistants, patient account reps, and more. Primarily sourcing passive candidates.
- Sourcing and Screening: Actively seek candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and professional networks, then vetting them for specific certifications, licenses, and experience.
- Proactively identifying passive candidates for an open position.
- Work alongside recruiters to compile a group of qualified prospective candidates for a particular role.
- Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to assess certifications, licensure, and experience
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 1 year of experience in medical sourcing, especially for hospitals or clinics. 3 years experience preferred
- Source and screen candidates for a variety of healthcare roles, including:
- Nursing
- Behavioral Health
- Imaging
- Respiratory
- Nurse Aides
- Medical Assistants
- Patient Account Representatives, and more
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1–3 years of healthcare or hospital sourcing and recruiting experience (required)
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of healthcare roles, certifications, and compliance requirements
