At Quality Services Moving, our drivers are an important part of the move—not simply the person behind the wheel.

As a Straight Truck Driver | Crew Leader, you'll help take a relocation from the first box loaded to the last piece placed. You'll operate a company straight truck, work alongside your crew, interact with customers, and help make sure the job is completed safely, efficiently, and professionally.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, likes being trusted with responsibility, and wants to develop into a stronger leader within the moving industry.

Your Day Has More Responsibility

Every move is different. You'll need to think ahead, keep the crew organized, and make decisions that keep the job moving.

You'll be responsible for:

• Safely operating a company straight truck
• Leading and working alongside a moving crew
• Coordinating loading, transportation, unloading, and placement of household and commercial goods
• Organizing and securing belongings properly inside the truck
• Assigning tasks and helping the crew work efficiently
• Protecting furniture, household goods, flooring, walls, and other property
• Communicating directly with customers throughout the move
• Keeping dispatch and operations informed of job progress or changes
• Handling routine challenges that arise at the job site
• Completing vehicle inspections and required job paperwork
• Maintaining company equipment and reporting any issues
• Following company safety procedures and applicable DOT requirements

Experience Helps. Attitude Matters More.

Experience in moving, straight-truck driving, warehouse work, construction, installation, crew leadership, or other hands-on environments can be valuable.

But we're not looking for someone who already knows everything.

Paid training is provided. You'll learn our equipment, moving procedures, safety expectations, and service standards while gaining experience in the field.
