Quality Services Moving is looking for CDL-A Flatbed Freight Drivers who know what it takes to safely manage a load from pickup through final destination.

Flatbed driving requires more than miles behind the wheel. It takes good judgment, proper securement, attention to changing conditions, and the ability to work safely with chains, straps, binders, tarps, and other equipment.

The Job Is About More Than the Miles

As a CDL-A Flatbed Freight Driver, you'll be responsible for safely operating your equipment while making sure every load is properly secured and transported.

Your responsibilities include:

• Operate Class A tractor-trailers on regional and OTR routes
• Transport freight safely and efficiently
• Properly secure flatbed loads using chains, straps, binders, tarps, and required equipment
• Inspect load securement before departure and throughout the trip
• Make adjustments when conditions require additional attention to securement
• Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety procedures
• Maintain accurate logs and transportation documentation
• Communicate with dispatch and operations regarding routes, schedules, delays, and issues
• Complete assigned pickups and deliveries safely and professionally
• Maintain professional communication with shippers, receivers, customers, and company personnel
• Keep assigned equipment clean and properly maintained
• Report maintenance, safety, or equipment concerns promptly

We're looking for drivers who are comfortable with the physical and technical demands of flatbed operations.

You'll be a strong fit if you:

• Have experience operating a flatbed
• Understand proper load securement
• Are comfortable working with chains, straps, binders, and tarps
• Pay attention to cargo and equipment throughout the trip
• Take safety seriously
• Can work independently and make sound decisions
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
• Take pride in maintaining your equipment
• Are dependable and consistent
• Represent the company professionally on the road

What You'll Need

• Valid Class A CDL
• Current DOT Medical Card
• Flatbed driving experience preferred
• Working knowledge of flatbed load securement
• Clean driving record
• Ability to meet all applicable DOT requirements
• Ability to pass required DOT drug screening and background check
• Reliable attendance
• Strong work ethic
• Professional attitude and commitment to safety
