What You’ll Do
Drive Sales Growth
- Generate and close both B2B and B2C relocation sales
- Work a mix of company-provided leads and self-generated opportunities
- Conduct in-home and virtual estimates with accuracy and confidence
- Present pricing solutions that are clear, competitive, and compelling
Build Relationships & Brand Presence
- Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and community outreach
- Build strong client relationships that lead to repeat and referral business
Manage Your Pipeline
- Track all activity, leads, and follow-ups in CRM systems
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and deal progress
- Consistently manage a high-volume sales pipeline
Deliver Results
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide a smooth, professional client experience from first contact to close
What You Bring
- 1 year of sales experience in a high-volume or performance-based role (moving, logistics, or service industry preferred)
- Strong closer with a competitive, results-driven mindset
- Confident communicator with strong persuasion skills
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own pipeline
- CRM proficiency and basic tech fluency
- Valid driver’s license required
