What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pool Maintenance Technician position at Quality Pools Service?
Job Overview
This is a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor with a growing company. While no pool cleaning experience is required, outdoor work experience with stable work history is strongly preferred and experienced techs will receive a higher pay scale as it is based on experience. On the job training will be provided. This position starts out at 4 days per week (Monday - Thursday) about 25-30 hours per week. Start and end times are flexible. We are growing quickly and anticipate the position will become 40 hours or more (M-F) in the near future. Work truck will be provided.
Duties
- Be reliable.
- Perform routine pool maintenance services.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed on each pool.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Travel to job sites safely, on time and reliably.
What we're looking for:
- Must be able to work independently and provide quality service.
- Must be 25 years old or older due to commercial auto insurance requirements.
- Must have a clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Must be physically fit and able to deal with the FL heat.
