What our Project Coordinator will be accountable for at QPSI?
- Lead cross-functional project execution from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, internal standards, and delivery timelines.
- Define project scope, objectives, and schedules; communicate expectations clearly to internal teams and external partners.
- Coordinate project kick-off, pre-launch, and readiness meetings to align Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain functions.
- Monitor progress, documentation, and system transactions to ensure timely updates, data accuracy, and organized project closeouts.
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers, vendors, and internal departments, providing proactive updates and issue resolution.
- Review and approve customer orders, vendor quotes, and change requests for accuracy, cost alignment, and compliance.
- Coordinate materials, logistics, and resource flow to support on-time project launches and prevent production delays.
- Support continuous improvement by analyzing performance metrics, identifying process enhancements, and maintaining audit-ready documentation

What Qualified Candidates for the Project Coordinator Role Must Have to Be Successful at QPSI?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and relevant industry experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably within the contractpackaging, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of supply chain operations, including procurement, production planning, logistics, and inventory management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across multiple levels and departments.
- Outstanding organizational and analytical abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple, parallel projects in a deadline-driven environment.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with cGMP or quality-controlled environments preferred.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive project and customer information.
