Project Coordinator II
6 month contract
On-site in Princeton, NJ
The Project Coordinator tasks include:
Work within the clinical management/operations department will support digital biomarker activities by performing tasks and activities, including but not limited to the following:
- Serving as a project coordinator for the operational and implementation aspects of digital biomarker sub-team, including:
- Supporting the rollout and updates to Monday.com
- Tracking progress of the digital biomarker initiatives via Monday.com and other tools as needed
- Assist in the onboarding of new digital biomarker vendors, including communicating with vendors and coordinating with internal stakeholders and study teams
- Developing and maintaining tracking, communication plans, RACIs
- Capturing action items as needed
- Support clinical feasibility for digital biomarker team, including:
- Assessing vendors capabilities
- Supporting feasibility assessments for patients, sites, CROs
- Conducting background research and evaluation of digital biomarkers, digital tools and vendors to support biomarker efforts.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in project coordination within the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience with clinical trial operations or execution
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, Teams
- Experience with Monday.com would be a plus
- High attention to detail
