We are seeking an experienced Thermal Spray Grinder to join our aerospace manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for grinding and finishing thermal spray-coated components to precise dimensions while maintaining the high-quality standards required in the aerospace industry.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate OD, ID, centerless, and surface grinding machines.
- Grind thermal spray-coated parts to blueprint specifications and tight tolerances.
- Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
- Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and bore gauges.
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Work with aerospace materials including titanium, Inconel, and stainless steel.
- Follow all safety, quality, and FAA requirements.
Qualifications:
- Previous grinding or precision machining experience required.
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Aerospace manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with overtime as needed.
