We're looking for experienced Roll, Shear & Plasma Operators to join a growing structural steel and welding shop! If you have experience operating metal fabrication equipment and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Operate roll, shear, and plasma cutting equipment
- Read blueprints and work orders to ensure accurate cuts and fabrication
- Measure, mark, and cut steel materials to specifications
- Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy
- Perform routine machine maintenance and keep equipment operating efficiently
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience operating roll, shear, plasma, or other fabrication equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and use tape measures accurately
- Experience with overhead cranes and forklifts is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a manufacturing environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
