What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Experience and Admissions Director position at Quality Life Services?
Quality Life Services- Apollo is seeking a Customer Experience and Admissions Director who is ready for a challenge and wants to make a difference in the lives of older adults. In this dual role, you would be responsible for coordinating resident admissions and discharges; as well as, implementing and maintaining processes to ensure a positive customer service experience for residents, families and visitors.
Essential Functions, include but not limited to:
- Review all inquiries regarding prospective residents from healthcare facilities and the community to determine if appropriate facility admission.
- Ensure all pre-admission information is received and notify all departments of new resident arrival.
- Ensure the new resident room is clean and readied for the resident's arrival.
- Complete the admission packet and necessary documentation for every admission, including social history and social assessments.
- Participate in the development of the plan of care and attend weekly care conferences.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents and their families.
- Work closely with the Central Admissions team and communicate timely and efficiently to aid census growth
- Provide ideas and input for business development and visit key hospital accounts and referral sources as needed
