As the Admissions Director (Admissions Director) at William Penn Care Center, you will oversee the admissions process from initial inquiry through move-in, manage census development, and serve as the primary liaison between referral sources, residents, families, and the facility. Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the full admissions process from referral to admission, including intake, coordination, and follow-up
- Serve as the primary point of contact for hospitals, referral sources, residents, and families
- Build and maintain strong relationships to support consistent census growth
- Coordinate with clinical, business office, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure admission readiness
- Ensure admissions documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with facility and regulatory requirements
- Track referral activity, admissions data, and census trends
- Participate in facility tours, marketing initiatives, and community outreach efforts
Compensation and Schedule
- Salary: Competitive, based on experience
- Employment status: Full-Time, Salaried
- Schedule: Primarily weekday schedule with flexibility as needed to support admissions
Skills and Qualifications
- Prior admissions, marketing, or healthcare experience required; skilled nursing experience strongly preferred
