Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless.
- Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities according to hotel standards.
- Restock room supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and snacks.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping management team promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness in public areas, including hallways, lobbies, and restrooms.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and safety protocols to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist with laundry duties as needed to support the housekeeping department.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations within the housekeeping department.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in industrial cleaning or custodial work is preferred.
- Familiarity with hotel operations and housekeeping management is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to providing high-quality service in a hospitality environment.
- Ability to perform floor care tasks including vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces effectively.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards guests and colleagues.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
