Duties

- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and billing procedures using multi-line phone systems
- Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to maintain operational transparency
- Monitor security cameras and perform routine safety checks around the property to uphold guest safety and hotel security standards
- Respond efficiently to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any overnight issues or special requests swiftly and effectively

- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations with a focus on night audit functions
