We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Manager to oversee daily office operations and provide exceptional customer service. Duties
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting hotel guests and handling inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Operate multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct them appropriately
- Maintain appointment scheduling and calendar management using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail
- Support office management tasks such as supply ordering, inventory tracking, and maintaining office equipment
- Assist with customer support by addressing client questions promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and communication across departments
- Maintain a welcoming reception area that reflects professionalism at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or clerical roles
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
