Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities, ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently..
- Conduct residential painting tasks to maintain aesthetic appeal and protect surfaces.
- Troubleshoot issues with logic controllers and other electrical systems, using tools such as an ohmmeter for diagnostics.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests and communicating effectively with team members and clients.
- Lead small teams on specific projects or during peak workloads, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in maintenance roles, with a strong understanding of general maintenance practices.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively.
- Basic knowledge and experience using diagnostic tools such as an ohmmeter.
- Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism in all interactions.
