What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk/Night Auditor position at Quality Inn and Suites?
Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
2 nights per week must be available to cover call-offs for other front desk staff.

Responsibilities:
- Checking guests in and out
- Answering phone calls
- Completing night audit
- Keeping the lobby clean and organized
- Handling guest requests and complaints professionally
QUALITIES REQUIRED:
- Must have good computer skills
- Excellent customer service
- Smart, intelligent, and quick learner
- Must stay calm under pressure
- Must know how to handle difficult guest complaints professionally
- Must be dependable and show up to work on time
