- Operate multi-line phone systems, answer guest calls promptly, and direct calls appropriately
- Maintain accurate records of guest reservations, billing information, and special requests
- Conduct night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure data accuracy
- Monitor security cameras and perform routine safety checks around the property during overnight hours
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and facility issues promptly
- Uphold hotel policies, phone etiquette standards, and guest relations protocols to ensure a welcoming environment
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and guest relations
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve diverse clientele effectively
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and multi-line phone system operation
