Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests efficiently.
- Check guests in and out swiftly while verifying reservations and processing payments accurately.
- Respond promptly to guest needs, questions, and complaints to ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details using hotel management software.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest concerns and special requests.
- Assist with night audit procedures when working overnight shifts to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure operational accuracy.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with an energetic approach to guest interactions.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, including professional phone etiquette and guest relations expertise.
- Ability to handle night audit responsibilities when required, demonstrating attention to detail and organizational skills.
