Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.
  • Process payments and manage billing inquiries.
  • Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate.
  • Operate phone systems to handle incoming calls, taking messages as necessary.
  • Assist with guest services, including room service requests and concierge services.
  • Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance the guest experience.

Skills

  • Strong guest relations skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proficient in phone etiquette and handling phone systems effectively.
  • Knowledge of hospitality management principles is preferred.
  • Experience in hotel management or front desk operations is an advantage.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
  • Familiarity with night audit procedures is beneficial.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
