Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.
- Process payments and manage billing inquiries.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate.
- Operate phone systems to handle incoming calls, taking messages as necessary.
- Assist with guest services, including room service requests and concierge services.
- Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance the guest experience.
Skills
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling phone systems effectively.
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles is preferred.
- Experience in hotel management or front desk operations is an advantage.
