We are seeking a motivated Assistant Executive Housekeeper/General Housekeeper to support the Executive Housekeeper in overseeing daily housekeeping operations. This role combines leadership responsibilities with hands-on housekeeping duties, ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency
- Ensure guest rooms and common areas meet Choice Hotels’ quality standards
- Provide professional, responsive, and friendly service to all guests
- Maintain and organize cleaning carts with necessary supplies
- Manage lost and found items in accordance with hotel policy
- Report maintenance needs promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
- Act as Head Housekeeper on the weekends, managing assignments to completion, and perform as general housekeeper during the week.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of hotel housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to work weekends and weekdays as scheduled
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Compensation & Details
- Starting wage: $13.00–$14.00 per hour
