Job Requirements:
- Provide excellent customer service greeting all guests and customers
- Good verbal and communication skills
- Basic computer skills and/or register experience
- Understanding of store functions and operations
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work individually or as a team
- Will be required to open and/or close the store
- Maintains the appearance of the store at all times
- Basic knowledge of tourist sites and destinations in and around the falls
- Assisting in putting deliveries away
- Stocking and restocking shelves with merchandise
- Maintains knowledge of products and services offered by the Company
- Performs sales transactions
- Complies with safe money handling procedures and secure transaction practices
- Completes other duties as assigned by Management
- Assisting in inventories as needed
- Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift, push or pull up to 50lbs
Open Availability – REQUIRED based on Hotel seasonal needs
Monday-Friday (all shifts), Weekends, Holidays
