Full Job Description
We are looking for a guest service representative. Duties include, but are not limited to, operating multiple phone lines, anticipating needs, and fulfilling requests of guests at check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay, assisting breakfast attendant during breakfast hours, communicating with housekeeping on the status of the hotel, and giving exceptional service to every guest at every encounter.
Must have excellent people skills and outgoing personality. Must be available to work weekends and holidays. Must have computer knowledge. Experience preferred, but not necessary.
