Role Summary
The Territory Sales Representative will build and manage a personal B2B sales territory, consulting with small business owners and presenting supplemental insurance solutions tailored to their needs. This role offers flexibility to work from any location within your region, combining in-person outreach with virtual engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage your own B2B sales territory
- Conduct prospecting and meet with business owners
- Deliver tailored insurance presentations (1:1 & group)
- Maintain pipeline using a customized CRM
- Attend virtual trainings and monthly sales meetings
- Set performance goals and maintain weekly accountability
- Build a long-term client portfolio with retention focus
Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree OR 4 years post-high school work experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Competitive and disciplined mindset
- Preferred: Background in athletics or competitive environments
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to obtain a Health & Life Producer License

Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
