Duties
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed targets within assigned territories
- Conduct cold calling, lead generation, and prospecting activities to identify new business opportunities
- Manage existing accounts through regular communication, upselling, and cross-selling strategies
- Deliver compelling product demos and presentations tailored to client needs
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce for tracking leads, managing customer data, and analyzing sales performance
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns and promotional activities
- Provide ongoing customer support and ensure high levels of customer service throughout the sales process
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights for continuous improvement
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand professional relationships
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong background in management or business development roles preferred
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools is essential
- Demonstrated ability in negotiation, product demos, upselling, and lead generation techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies
- Experience in technical sales or technology-related industries is advantageous
