We are looking for an experienced Veeva Vault Data Migration Technical Lead to drive large-scale, end-to-end data migration initiatives within the Life Sciences domain. This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader with deep expertise in Veeva Vault architecture, data models, and migration strategies.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Veeva Vault data migration initiatives
- Define and execute Data Migration, Cutover, and Rollback strategies
- Finalize source-to-target mapping and data transformation rules
- Lead development of custom scripts and migration code as required
- Oversee data analysis, validation, verification, and reconciliation
- Manage migration progress trackers and status reporting
- Coordinate with architecture, program management, and validation teams
- Create and maintain technical documentation per customer SDLC standards
- Act as Technical Lead for migration-related troubleshooting and issue resolution
🛠 Essential Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Veeva Vault Data Migration (500K records)
- Expertise with Vault Loader, Custom Migration Tools, and Veeva APIs
- Deep understanding of Veeva Vault data model (documents, objects, metadata)
- Experience in Veeva Object & Document Migration
- Solid knowledge of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
- Strong command of Veeva Vault architecture and security model
- Proven ability to lead data migration as a Technical Lead

- Experience with Veeva Vault Quality
- Background in Life Sciences Quality Management processes
- Exposure to CPG industry
- Hands-on scripting experience using Java or Python
