Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced SOX IT Controls Consultant with strong expertise in IT General Controls (ITGC), SOX compliance, and audit processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing the end-to-end SOX lifecycle, including control execution, evidence collection, and audit documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients to document SOX processes and audit requirements
- Execute and manage IT General Controls (ITGCs)
- Handle access management and segregation of duties (SoD)
- Collect, validate, and present audit evidence for SOX testing
- Prepare audit-ready documentation aligned with compliance standards
- Coordinate with IT, Security, and Audit teams
- Ensure timely completion of audit deliverables and deadlines
- Translate technical controls into clear, business-friendly documentation
Required Skills
