• Supported the Netscout nGeniusOne application for 3 years
• Detail understanding of all components of the Netscout environment
• Advanced knowledge of the traps and traffic monitored by NetScout relating to Voice, Video, Wifi and Network traffic
• The ability to create &. support dashboards for all verticals in the tool
• Train and develop other engineers to support the application.
• Knowledge of the equipment models
• Define and manage software upgrades
