We're seeking an experienced Facilities Systems Administrator / Business Owner to support enterprise workplace and facilities operations for a leading client.
π Location: Culver City, CA (100% Onsite from Day 1)
π Duration: 12 Months
πΌ Experience: 6β8 Years
Key Responsibilities:
β Administer and support Archibus and related facilities management systems
β Ensure data integrity, auditing, validation, and governance of facilities data
β Manage occupancy, space planning, and workplace operations
β Support work order and service request management processes
β Gather business requirements and participate in testing/UAT for system enhancements
β Coordinate with IT teams and vendors on platform improvements
β Develop reports and perform operational data analysis
β Provide user support, training, and system documentation
Required Qualifications:
πΉ Strong experience supporting Facilities, Corporate Real Estate, Workplace Services, or Space Planning organizations
πΉ SQL / Data Querying experience
πΉ Excellent communication skills with business and technical stakeholders
πΉ Experience with occupancy management, space utilization, and workplace operations
πΉ Experience gathering business requirements and supporting system implementations

β IWMS / CAFM Platforms (Archibus, TRIRIGA, Planon, FM Systems, etc.)
