We are looking for an experienced Copilot Trainer to lead Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption, enablement, and value realization across business teams. This role is ideal for a functional Copilot expert who combines training excellence, change management, and AI productivity enablement to drive measurable ROI.
Role Overview
As a Copilot Trainer, you will drive awareness → capability → habit formation → productivity outcomes for Microsoft 365 Copilot. You will deliver engaging training, coach users on prompt best practices, facilitate persona-based discovery and design thinking workshops, and execute targeted adoption campaigns.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Deliver live and recorded training (webinars, demos, hands-on labs) across M365 Copilot (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Coach users on effective prompt writing and maintain persona-based prompt libraries
- Conduct persona discovery and Day-in-the-Life (DITL) interviews to identify high-impact use cases
- Facilitate design thinking workshops to map workflows and prioritize Copilot scenarios
- Design end-to-end lesson plans, labs, and persona-based learning paths
- Run Change Corners / clinics and support champion networks
- Execute adoption and communication campaigns (Tips, Prompts, Use-case of the Week)
- Support adoption measurement, ROI narratives, and dashboard-driven improvements
- Lead Train-the-Trainer programs and enable internal Copilot trainers
- Stay current with Microsoft Copilot feature updates and rapidly refresh training content
✅ Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience enabling Microsoft 365 Copilot across business scenarios
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and adult learning design skills
- Experience with persona discovery, workshops, and change/adoption programs
- Data-driven mindset with comfort interpreting adoption metrics and feedback
- Experience Required: 10 years
- Skills: Office 365 Administration, AI & GenAI (Products & Tools)
🌟 Preferred Qualifications
- Background in digital adoption, OCM, or productivity transformation
- Microsoft Modern Work / Copilot certifications (preferred)
- Change management (Prosci/ADKAR) or Design Thinking facilitation
- Experience in regulated or compliance-sensitive environments
