We are looking for an experienced Test Lead with a strong background in Banking projects to lead QA and functional testing initiatives. This is an onsite/local-only role for professionals based in or around Naperville, IL.
🔍 Role Description
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Test Lead in Banking or Financial domain projects
- Strong knowledge of IT QA and Functional Testing
- Hands-on experience with SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile)
- Define testing goals, metrics, and measurement plans aligned with business objectives
- Compile, analyze, and interpret test reports and quality metrics
- Experience in system analysis, assessment, programming, and troubleshooting of applications
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure quality delivery across releases
