Territory Manager - Warren

Qualified Staffing is looking for a motivated Territory Manager to support and grow our client relationships within an assigned market.In this role, you will be responsible for managing existing client partnerships while identifying opportunities to expand services and developing new business within your territory. The ideal candidate enjoys building strong relationships, providing exceptional service, and identifying opportunities to deliver workforce solutions that meet client needs.If you are an organized, relationship-focused professional with a passion for sales and client success, we would love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for clients within your assigned territory.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.Conduct regular client visits to review staffing performance, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement.Partner with branch teams to ensure client expectations and staffing needs are met.Business DevelopmentWork with Regional and Branch leadership to identify opportunities for growth within your territory.Generate new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting.Analyze client workforce needs and provide customized staffing solutions.Maintain consistent sales and networking activity to support territory growth.Requirements3–5 years of sales, account management, or client relationship experience, preferably in staffing or B2B services.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.Strong relationship-building and communication skills.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently within a team environment.Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.Why Join Qualified Staffing?If you’re ready to invest in our 35-year and growing legacy, Qualified Staffing is ready to invest in you.
