Job Summary

The Caregiver/CNA is a valued member of our home care team who works under the supervision of the Care Coordinator to provide personal care and companionship services tailored to each client’s individual needs.

We are specifically seeking PRN caregivers who:

• Enjoy flexibility in their schedule
• Are willing to pick up shifts as needed
• Can assist with weekday and/or weekend coverage
• Are dependable and communicate well with the office team
• Have a heart for serving seniors and individuals needing assistance

Responsibilities

• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Medication reminders
• Companionship and emotional support
• Assistance with ambulation and mobility
• Shopping and errands
• Accompanying clients to appointments or outings
• Following individualized care plans
• Documentation and charting
• Providing safe and compassionate care
• Toileting/Perineal Care (Required)

Qualifications

• Caregiving or CNA experience preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to communicate professionally and compassionately
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to adapt to changing client needs and schedules
• Weekend availability is a plus
