Overview
We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor II – Electrical to lead maintenance operations in a fast-paced, heavy industrial environment. This role is responsible for overseeing electrical systems, utilities, overhead cranes, mobile equipment, and facility infrastructure while driving safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.

\n- Lead, mentor, and develop electrical maintenance technicians
- Oversee maintenance for utilities, overhead cranes, mobile equipment, and facility systems
- Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime
- Partner with operations teams to ensure equipment reliability and performance
- Conduct audits, analyze maintenance trends, and implement corrective actions
- Promote and enforce safety programs and emergency preparedness initiatives
- Utilize CMMS and CAD tools for maintenance planning and documentation
- Engineering degree or high school diploma with 5 years of electrical experience
- 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a heavy manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of AC/DC systems, motors, transformers, and electrical troubleshooting
- Experience with HVAC systems, baghouses, switchyards, and scale systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and maintenance management software
- Proven leadership with a strong focus on safety, quality, and team development
