- Lead and develop electrical maintenance technicians
- Manage maintenance for utilities, cranes, mobile equipment, and building systems
- Implement preventive/predictive maintenance to reduce downtime
- Partner with operations to ensure equipment reliability
- Conduct audits, analyze trends, and drive corrective actions
- Champion safety programs and emergency preparedness
- Use CMMS and CAD tools for planning and documentation
- Engineering degree or HS diploma and 5 years electrical experience
- 3-5 years supervisory experience in heavy manufacturing
- Strong AC/DC, motors, transformers, and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with HVAC, baghouses, switchyards, and scale systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Project, and maintenance software
- Strong leadership focus on safety, quality, and team development
