Qualifications
- Engineering degree or HS diploma and 5 years electrical experience3-5 years supervisory experience in heavy manufacturingStrong AC/DC, motors, transformers, and troubleshooting skillsExperience with HVAC, baghouses, switchyards, and scale systemsProficiency with Microsoft Office, Project, and maintenance softwareStrong leadership focus on safety, quality, and team development
