Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tech Service Specialist, based in Tennessee, Mississippi and Louisiana. The Tech Service Specialist will be responsible for delivering technical support and services to clients, diagnosing and troubleshooting product or process-related issues, and ensuring optimal performance of Quaker Houghton’s industrial solutions. Day-to-day activities include conducting technical analysis, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing recommendations to enhance client efficiency and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Technical Services, Technical Support, and Troubleshooting
- Excellent Analytical Skills to diagnose and resolve issues effectively
- Outstanding Communication skills to collaborate with teams and support customer needs
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, or a related field is preferred
