Federal Procurement Specialist

Pay From: $90,000 per year
MUST:
Experienced Federal Procurement Specialist
5 years of federal contracting experience across the acquisition lifecycle.
Strong working knowledge of FAR, federal procurement regulations, and contract methods (SAP, FFP, cost-reimbursable, IDIQs, etc.).
Hands-on proficiency with PRISM, FPDS-NG, and SharePoint.
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data validation, conditional formatting).
DUTIES:
Support pre-award acquisition planning, including market research, requirements development, procurement strategy, and drafting acquisition documents.
Prepare and review Statements of Work (SOW), SOOs, PWS, IGCEs, evaluation criteria, and procurement packages.
Draft and process RFQs, RFPs, modifications, options, and award documentation in accordance with federal regulations.
Conduct cost/price analysis, perform proposal reviews, and support informal and formal source selections.
Enter and manage procurement actions in PRISM and FPDS-NG; maintain accurate and complete contract files.
Provide post-award contract administration support, including modifications, COR coordination, invoice review, and contractor performance tracking.
Generate acquisition reports, spreadsheets, and dashboards using Excel (pivot tables, lookups), Word, and SharePoint.
Participate in team meetings, program discussions, and acquisition strategy sessions.
Ensure compliance with FAR, judiciary policy, appropriations law, and agency procurement procedures.
